The Obama mania is ubiquitous. Every freaking corner I turn, he's there. He's like a dead skunk I had ran over and now permeates the air I breathe. I can only hold my breath so long lest I turn blue.
I was sure 18 months ago that there was a snow ball's chance in hell that Obama will be the next president. Boy, did I and the rest of the republican party hugely underestimated the machine that drove this train forward. Let it be a lesson learned.
I feel that America has lost it's vision. It got blinded by their hate of Bush so much that they have embraced the only person who was most radically opposite of him. It defies commonsense. But nowadays, common sense is not so common. Everybody is so afraid of offending somebody, common sense was outlawed.
I pray hard that the the people who hate America, ...those people who hate what we stand for which are freedom and democracy, ...don't find a way to undermine this presidency. That is the last thing this nation needs.
Ride it out. That's all I can do.
I could not find a rock big enough to crawl under to. Everything was taken by all the republicans. Blah!
